Candle Care

Did you know that candle wax has a memory? And the first burn is the most import?

To make the most of your candle we have some put together some helpful candle care tips for you:-

1. When you first light your candle let the candle burn for around 2 - 3 hours or until the wax melts to the sides of the jar to help prevent tunnelling.

2. Trim your wick every time before you relight your candle. This helps create a cleaner burning candle, minimises soot and maximise scent throw.

3. Never burn a candle for more than 3 to 4 hours at a time. Stop burning your candle when there is abou 1/2 inch of wax left.

4. Never leave a candle burning unattended. Also, keep out of reach of children and pets.

5. Burn your candle away from drafts and on a flat surface. Do not move it when it is lit and remember glass jars can get hot.
